Your Calendar, Your Pace
Canada e Academy is fully self-paced with continuous, rolling intake. There are no fixed semester start dates to wait for — you choose when to begin and how quickly to progress, with the guidance of OCT-certified teachers.
Continuous, Rolling Enrolment

- Begin any month — no waiting for a term to start
- Study full-time, part-time, or alongside another school
- Pause and resume around exams, travel, or family events
- OCT-certified teacher support is available year-round

Key Dates & Milestones
In a rolling model, the dates that matter are measured from your own start date rather than a shared calendar.
| Milestone | When it happens | What to expect |
|---|---|---|
| Enrolment confirmed | Any month, on request | Access to your course and teacher is set up shortly after enrolment. |
| Course start | Your chosen start date | You begin Unit 1 as soon as you are onboarded. |
| Progress check-ins | Throughout the course | Your teacher reviews submissions and offers feedback continuously. |
| Final evaluation | When coursework is complete | Scheduled around your readiness, not a fixed exam week. |
| Credit recorded | After all requirements are met | Your completed credit is documented for your records. |
Holidays & Breaks
Self-paced learning means you decide when to rest. These typical break periods are when teacher response times may be longer.
Winter Period
Around late December to early January, teacher availability is reduced for the holiday season.
Summer Period
Mid-summer is a quieter season, though courses remain open and enrolment continues year-round.
