Course Description
Grade 2 Health and Physical Education helps children develop stronger movement skills and healthier daily habits. Students practise running, jumping, throwing, and balancing while learning the value of regular active play. Interactive animated lessons build social-emotional awareness, safety knowledge, and an understanding of nutrition and personal care. Through enjoyable activities, learners grow in coordination, cooperation, and self-confidence. The course is aligned to the Ontario elementary curriculum and supports active, healthy living.
