Course Description
Grade 3 Health and Physical Education helps children refine their movement skills and make healthier choices independently. Students practise sending, receiving, and travelling skills while learning how regular activity supports a healthy body. Interactive animated lessons develop social-emotional skills, safety awareness, and knowledge of nutrition, growth, and well-being. Through active and cooperative play, learners build coordination, resilience, and positive relationships. The course is aligned to the Ontario elementary curriculum and promotes lifelong healthy habits.
