Course Description
Grade 4 Health and Physical Education helps students apply movement skills in games and activities while making informed health choices. Learners combine locomotor and manipulation skills, develop strategies in physical activities, and understand the benefits of an active lifestyle. Interactive animated lessons build social-emotional skills, personal safety, and knowledge of nutrition, growth, and healthy relationships. Through cooperative activity, students strengthen coordination, decision-making, and confidence. The course is aligned to the Ontario elementary curriculum and supports lifelong wellness.
