Course Description
Grade 5 Health and Physical Education helps students refine movement skills and apply strategies across a variety of activities. Learners develop competence in games and movement, set personal fitness goals, and understand how active living supports overall health. Interactive animated lessons build social-emotional skills, safety, and knowledge of nutrition, growth, and healthy relationships. Through engaging and cooperative activity, students strengthen coordination, resilience, and good decision-making. The course is aligned to the Ontario elementary curriculum and promotes lifelong wellness.
