Course Description
Grade 2 Social Studies broadens children's understanding of community by exploring traditions and celebrations from around the world. Students compare family customs, discover how different communities live, and learn about the features of urban and rural places. Interactive animated lessons make global cultures and local landscapes engaging and easy to explore. Learners begin to appreciate diversity and how people and the land are connected. The course is aligned to the Ontario elementary curriculum and fosters respect and curiosity about others.
