Course Description
This course helps you develop the knowledge and skills you need to lead a healthy, active life. You will explore topics related to active living, movement competence, and healthy living. Lessons cover physical activity planning, nutrition, mental health and emotional well-being, substance use and abuse, personal safety, and human development. Through interactive animated lessons, you will learn to make informed decisions about your health, set personal fitness goals, and build the habits that support your physical and mental well-being throughout adolescence and beyond.
