Course Description
Grade 6 Mathematics challenges students to work confidently with integers, fractions, decimals, percentages, and ratios. Learners deepen algebraic reasoning with expressions and equations, analyze data using a range of graphs, and explore area, surface area, angles, and the properties of polygons. Financial literacy expands to include budgeting, simple interest, and informed spending decisions. Interactive animated lessons make coding, proportional reasoning, and geometric problem-solving clear and engaging. The course follows the Ontario elementary curriculum and prepares students for the mathematics of intermediate grades.
