Course Description
Grade 6 Health and Physical Education helps students apply movement skills and strategies confidently across a wide range of activities. Learners refine complex movement skills, develop fitness plans, and understand how active living supports physical and mental health. Interactive animated lessons build social-emotional skills, personal safety, and knowledge of nutrition, healthy relationships, and personal development. Through cooperative and challenging activities, students strengthen coordination, leadership, and responsible decision-making. The course is aligned to the Ontario elementary curriculum and supports lifelong health and well-being.
